TypeError – our billing and shipping fields aren't displaying

    Our billing and shipping fields aren’t displaying in checkout – we see a TypeError
    TypeError: ‘undefined’ is not an object (evaluating ‘document.forms[‘checkout’].elements[‘business’].value = “”‘)

    Anyone else have this issue? We deactivated several plugins and couldn’t find one that conflicted.
