Types of account compatilble with this plugin

Hi, i need yto know if is necessary to have a special account with Zendesk to have this plugin working. I saw on their website that only enterprises plans have support for custom forms, but since this plugin create via Api (and so, dont use custom forms) i imagine it can work with the most simple account right?
