a google search for ‘You need to be loged to make a comment’ returns lots of sites running on the ‘painter’ theme which is what yours is using.

In the theme folder in wp-content/themes find the comments.php file.

Look for
<p><?php _e('You need to be loged to make a comment', 'painter'); ?></p>

& correct the typo.
