tyring to change font size of title header

using the olsen theme – just want to change the font size of the title header. installed official web fonts 7.5.1. its not working have installed and uninistalled. i click on “pick any element” i click on the header title and the plugin disappears and i start all over again and the same thing happens. just trying to change font size without going into css. can anyone help?
