    Thanks for reaching out.

    To confirm the problem, please, try briefly switching over to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen and let us know the results.

    If Page Builder is working in Twenty Fifteen then, unfortunately, there isn’t any short term solution we can offer. I’ll need to log the bug for our developers to attend to. It’s something you can perhaps also send onto the U Design team as a request.

    The Plugin did not work on my localhost :/

    When tested on the production server, everything worked perfectly.
