just wanted to say how much I am enjoying the UAG plugin.

I am having issues with the Star Ratings widget not displaying the stars on mobile and aligning to the left instead of center. This is having an impact on my website as it does not now look very professional or attractive.

Will the coming update address this?

    Many thanks.

I am having this issue on multiple pages.

    Hello @pawsomedogstuff ,

Could you please share a screenshot that points out the area where I can see the problem?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello Sweta,

    Thanks for your help.

Here is a link to a screenshot:

Or on the mobile view of the url just scroll down to Lifestyle guidance – you will see the star ratings under each icon.

The stars are blanked out and the alignment is no longer center.

Thank you for looking at this.

    Hello @pawsomedogstuff ,

I have checked your site and I found there is a CSS that is facing the problem. This is the CSS.

Is there any CSS added? When I am removing it, it fixes the issue. Please have a look at this video.

    I hope that helps.

    Hi Sweta,

    Thank you for this

There is no extra css added – I am simply using the plugin.

Also the star ratings are still blank on the mobile version- can thus be attributed to css also?

They used to be fine before the wp update.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Best wishes,

    Colin

    Hello @pawsomedogstuff ,

That’s strange! I have checked the same and it seems to be working fine. Please refer to this video.

Can you please deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the problem? Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

Please let me know how that goes. I will be happy to help with any further assistance you might need.

    Hello @pawsomedogstuff ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thank you!
