UAM not working after migrating database

Hi,
I want to move my database to another server.

I did the backup with mysqldump, moved the file with rsync and updating the BD with mysql.
The data in both DB is the same.

When changing the DB_HOST and DB_PASSWORD (I changed it in the new DB), UAM stop working.
Everyone can see every post when before guest users where redirected to the login page.

What’s happening ?
