UAM User access manager integration

  • Hello! First of all, great plugin! I have a question, is there a way or any plan to integrate “Dynamic Widgets” with the Plugin “User Access Manager” ( UAM ). As I am building an intranet, restricting widget access thru user roles ( admin, editor, subscribers ) are not enough for for my needs. I use UAM to restrict access to department pages only to users from that department ( but they are all subscribers ) I’d like to restrict dashboard widgets to user access groups. That would be a nice touch.

    Is it possible?

    Is there a work around? Maybe not using UAM but using the user ID for specific user independent of their role?

    Apologies for the late reply…

    Apparently UAM does not create WordPress Roles, otherwise it would have worked out of the box. There are no plans to add UAM support, but I will add it to the wish-list.
