Uber Menu and Genesis Column Classes

Hi, I’m working on a site and I tried to use the Genesis Column Classes. When I used one-half/one-half, all is well, except there is too much space between the menu on the left and the body of the website. I switched it to one-third and two-thirds, and the body comes out the way I want it, but the menu falls below. Can anyone give me pointers on how to troubleshoot this? The site is
