Ubermenu settings not working

Hi,

First of all, thanks for the plugin, just what I was looking for.
I am using ubermenu but with custom css it is not working properly so I installed your plugin. Works fine but the Ubermenu Configuration: Exclude non-links, Exclude No-text and Exclude Widgets are all on and I still see them in the menu.
Any idea what is causing this?
