UCSS generation > 100 sec

    UCSS generation takes more then 30, 50, 90 or even 100 seconds today (and yesterday) where 2 – 5 sec is normal (in my situation).
    Even /* UCSS timeout */ in some cases.

    Anything wrong on node9?

    sorry about the case, there was an overload on node 9 but should be stablized now

    please try again and see if you still hit any issue.
