Udpated to 3.4.1 creates blank members page!!!

    Today I updated to the new version 3.4.1 which truned my members page into a blank page. I can’t register or even control members anymore. Any ideas how to fix that, need to configure and register my over 200 members, which is impossible with a blank page in the admin menu of WP 4.7

    It definitely shouldn’t create anything blank. I have tested this myself on 3 of my sites where I use this plugin. The members menu and registration functionality work totally fine.

    It is likely that your WordPress site is running out of PHP RAM memory so the new version of the plugin (which has more feature) is not running well due to memory limitation. Ask your hosting provider what the PHP RAM memory limit is and if that can be increased.

    You can also download the previous version of the plugin from the following link if you wanted to use it while you figure out what on your server is causing the issue:

    But how do I use the older version? Wouldn’t it override all registered members and do I have to deaktivate the current version?

    By the way, I asked my provider to increase the PHP ram, I will let you know if it works afterwards.

    Our provider reacted quite fast and now everything works.Thanks for your help!

    I have the same problem. What is the amount of ram used by you that fixed the problem? ( I have a limit on hosting side of 256M)

    I have the same problem, not working after upgrade to 3.4.1.
    I tried PHP RAM memory limit 1024MB and no action:(

    I have applied a fix for this. Please upgrade to the new version 3.4.2 and that should be fixed.
