Uh Oh – Changing the site’s address

Hi all, screwed up big time here and can’t figure out how to back-pedal. I’m moving my blog from one domain to another. Backed up my databases and all, but then I went into the old site and changed the Setting: “WordPress address” and Settings: “Blog address” to the new address (IP address right now, as the domain is switching over to a new host/server). Installed everything at the new host, but now I’m stuck in some sort of infinite loop. Which file do I change to get back my original “WordPress address” and “Blog Address?”
