Uh-Oh Something unexpected happened (11000)

    During checkout one of my customers was attempting to link their bank to perform a Stripe ACH payment, and got this error message: “Uh-Oh Something unexpected happened (11000)”

    What does this error refer to? Is this a bank issue? A plugin issue?

    Hi @opus13i

    That’s not an error triggered by the Stripe plugin. It looks like your customer’s attempt to authenticate their bank info failed and that’s their bank’s error response.

    Can you please provide a link to your site so we can see how you have ACH setup?

    Sorry, but it’s an internal-only processing site, and not meant for public interaction.

    Ok, ACH works for all the others customers, it was just odd that he had one different response. Ok, I will have them retry.
