UI is not good, no options for editing UI, footer widget

i fixed input fields to 80% width by editing CSS file. it was only 40% and floating to right while labels were floating left, there was a big gap in between.

Secondly,

Login form and widgets are not aligned properly.
check box was centered and input fields were made left.
it was not responsive.

I edited CSS and made them float left.

I still could not fix widget issue and using other plugin for login widget in the footer.

Issue is:

if i add membership2 login widget in the footer, whole website scrolls to footer section automatically. one matter which page you open on website, it goes directly to footer section, it focused to footer and scrolling automatically.

Can you please fix it?
