    Hi,

    Thanks for an awesome plugin. I’ve researched over a dozen plug-ins and yours was the best I found.

    (1) I’m using Avada theme with a sticky header. After implementing your plugin, the sticky header is no longer working. This is a big worry. Pls advice how to fix this. This is a big concern for me. https://avada.theme-fusion.com/

    (2) I’ve setup the popup to only show once per session and NOT SHOW for 365 days if visitor has closed it. But the popup is happening on every visit. What am I missing?

    (3) There are some UI issues that I need your help.
    Please see the attached screenshots (1) and pls suggest how I can fix them.

    I look forward to your help!

    Thanks,
    Sanjay

    Hey @rsclmumbai,

    Hope you’re well.

    For the first question, I tried with Avada theme and Hustle but it works normally on my test environment. So I am not sure only Avada and Hustle can cause sticky header problem. Maybe some plugins cause this, did you try plugin conflict test about that?

    For the second question, I can replicate it; clicking “X” or background doesn’t trigger close behavior when “No longer show this message on this post / page” option selected. But if you select “No longer show this message across the site”, it’s working. Can you try that option? Also, I am talking with developers about that when I have more information I will reply this thread.

    For the third question, I am not seeing my popup like that so I need to see that live to provide custom CSS for the fix. So if you can share a link, I can provide CSS.

    Cheers,
    Oguz

    Oguz,
    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    1. Regarding fixed header, I’ve written to Avada support. Lets see what they say but I can confidently say that the fixed header was working until instaling Hustle pkugin.

    2. This option “No longer show this message across the site” did the trick. Now the popup is limited to just once.

    3. You can test the UI here: https://conversity.net

    Thanks

    Hello @rsclmumbai

    Hope all is well!

    Please let us know which browser are you using? The PopUp showing well on my end
    :https://take.ms/AM7oi

    Although if you need to make the fileds smaller in height, please feel free to use this CSS:

    .hustle-modal-field_with_icon {
        height: 36px;
    }

    As for the UI when failure message appears, please add this CSS code to Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS

    .wpoi-submit-failure {
        margin-top:0px !important;
        margin-left: 10px;
    }

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,

    The CSS did not fix the issue.
    Pls check the attached screenshot.

    I think increasing the height of textbox to 42px should do the trick but my CSS did not work, not sure why.

    Check this: https://prntscr.com/iqjvor

    Pls suggest!!

    I fixed the CSS issue using a custom CSS declaration.

    1. Where do I find the list of subscribed emails?

    2. By when can I expect the fix for issue (2) copied below.

    (2) I’ve setup the popup to only show once per session and NOT SHOW for 365 days if visitor has closed it. But the popup is happening on every visit. What am I missing?

    This may be a real irritant for many visitors.

    Pls check https://conversity.net

    Thanks

    Hello @rsclmumbai

    Hope all is well!

    1. Where do I find the list of subscribed emails?

    To get the list, please go to Hustle > Opt-in (PopUp/Embeds/Slide-in), click on settings and View Email list. Please see this screenshot:

    (2) I’ve setup the popup to only show once per session and NOT SHOW for 365 days if visitor has closed it. But the popup is happening on every visit. What am I missing?

    I could not reproduce this on your site, after the opt-on was closed it didn’t show up for me again on any of the site’s pages.

    Please note, this feature is based on cookies. If the browser cache will be cleared or visitor will use a different browser the pop up will show up again.

    Let us know if you have any further questions!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
