UI Press Templates loading Posts

One of my sites is showing all the posts from the site in the template selection screen for UIPress. Editing any of those takes me into a draft template, and I cannot delete them. How are these pulled in and how do I resolve the issue? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling so I fear it is a database problem.
