/ui/admin.js Missing if AJAX Heartbeat Tool is active

Hi bhargavy, currently heartbeat.js is listed as a dependency for the admin.js script, which is safe to do since Heartbeat is a core part of WordPress.

However, we will definitely take a look at this for you! I’ll create a new issue for this in GitHub and go from there.
