Uiform Pro version does not work.

  • I purchased the Uiform Pro version and it does not install into WordPress. I requested support, but no answer.

    hi, it looks like you made a mistake. maybe this happened:
    – if you bought the pro version, you upload the download zip file. this is mistake because you have to unzip and find another zip file. also you will find a html documentation.

    – In html documentation , two ways of installing is given. one is via admin panel, and other is via ftp. some hostings don’t allow via admin panel because the plugin is big file and you need to install via ftp. upload the files to your hosting directly and activate via admin panel.

    – if you have bouth, you can send a ticket support and I will support you as soon as possible.

    for your information, I have replied your two mails that you sent but you didn’t confirm how it went.
