UK Addresses – Counties

    Hi, Great plugin.

    However, we seem to be having an issue that the county (State) field gets populated with the country. In our case England.

    I’ve played around a little and it seems that administrative_area_level_2 should be the state (at least in the UK).

    Either that or I’ve messed something up somewhere.

    Hi, can you please give me an example of an address, how it shows from the plugin and what it should show?

    Hi, Sorry for the delay, I had the wrong email account setup.

    So if you enter 31 Badgers Way and select the one in Weston-super-Mare it comes back with this (The county field is set to England).

    Whereas it should be set to this. (The county field should be Somerset).

    Toby, thanks for your feedback.

    I just released version 2.0.6 which adds UK (GB) to the list of countries that use the alternate address component mapping. County field now populates correctly for the British. Ex. “North Somerset” instead of “England”.
