UK Bank Details for vendors withdrawal?

I need to change the bank details to have first name, last name, account number and sort code. The only way I’ve found to do it is by customising the current fields, which looks like this:

I either need to be able to add custom fields, or be able to reorder my current fields as well as change the text in the box to the correct text.
