Hi, I am having some problems setting up this plugin.
I have defined the following 3 postcode/zip rules

    Postcode/Zip #1: SW19
    Delivery Fee #1: 2.00

    Postcode/Zip #2: SW12,SW16,SW17,SW18,SW20,
    Delivery Fee #2: 4.00

    Postcode/Zip #3: SW2,SW3,SW4,SW5,SW6,SW8,SW9,SW10,SW11,SE5,SE11,SE17,SW24,SE21,SE27,SE19,SE25,
    Delivery Fee #3: 8.00

My “Rest of the World” Cost is currently set at 25.00 although shipping will only be accepted in defined postcodes.

Some of these postcodes work: SW2-SW9 but all others fail. Is it only assessing the first 3 characters?

Also I need support for wildcards like ‘SW20 0PL’ is that offered in the plugin?

Many thanks in advance for any support.

    Hello Bjornhughes,

I understand your problem. you are trying to enter group of postcode like “SW1-SW10”. But actually it won’t work for now i give one solution.
If you have alpha-numeric character in your postcode it should be like this
    1. “SW1-SW9”
    2. “SW10-SW99”
    3. “SW100-SW999”
    4.”SW1000-SW9999″
Or if your postcode like this “SW1A1AA” see below example
    1.”SW1A1AA-SW1A1BA”

Here Count of character in starting code and ending code should be equal(only if you are going with alpha-numeric character)

I hope you understand. In future version i come with better solution.

    Thanks for using postcode plugin.

Hey thanks for this, I tried to modify settings but still not working for all postcodes.

This is what I am trying to acheive:

    image: https://kingsley.uk.com/lula/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/lula_map.jpg

    Light Green: Free
    Green: £4.00
    Blue: £7.00
    Yellow: £9.50
    Pink: £12
    Red: £13

For each of these postcodes i.e. ‘SW12’ there could be several ending variations such as SW12 9HD or SW12 8EN so I need to allow all postcodes that start SW12.

Also I need to disable all deliveries outside these postcodes i.e. there is no delivery service beyond the defined postcodes (local area only).

Any suggestions / examples as to how I can set this up would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks.

Has this been resolved yet? I need the same functionality for London postcodes

I need the same functionality, basically I need to limit free delivery only to “CT” postcodes.
