UK VAT Number issue

    One of our customers receives the following error message:

    The VAT Number (GB468237225) can be used only for purchases from Northern Ireland. Please update your billing address and try again.

    We have doublechecked the vat number and it is a correct one.

    Please assist to have this fixed.

    Sorry for the slow reply – it seems that www.ads-software.com has stopped sending me email notifications.

    This question does not concern the free version of the plugin (which has no feature for businesses to enter VAT numbers). If you have purchased the paid version, then please use the support channel at https://www.simbahosting.co.uk. This is not our requirement (we would be happy to answer anywhere), but a rule of www.ads-software.com that their forums are not used to support commercial products.
