UL list disappeared

After updating to the latest version all the spaces between the paragraphs have been skipped (which I have temporarily solved with a css rule), even more serious, the bulleted lists (UL) have disappeared (even if into code I see it).
Now I don’t know how to fix this, I tried both to rollback and to disable the various plugins, and to change the language in the settings (as per the solution for the last bug verified) but nothing has changed. How do I do it now?
