Ultimate Appoinment and Scheduling plugin tables not recognized.

@nekojonez Do you see remove table option for the reported tables in WP-Optimize > database?

Or is it the case the tables are not listed in the tables list?

The tables appeared but the remove tables wasn’t there. I manually dropped the tables via MySQL.

Also, the tables weren’t recognized for that plugin.
