• I am new to this – and have tried other auction plugins, and while this one is also a bit complicated for my talents, the support team has helped me with my many questions and we are up and running. I would recommend this company for their support and what appears to be a very complete product.

  • I am unable to add new auctions. I have about 50 auctions running. Then, added one and not one more will add. Is there a limit?

Hi Beth – I did not get to use the auction yet, as my client cancelled. I don’t know if there is a limit, but don’t think there should be one. Email the
designer – and ask him this question. Best of luck, Pamela

Hi, I ran an auction last year with ur plugin on my website. It all went smooth apart from the fact that when automatic emails where sent to the winners, in some cases single users received that same email 30 times. It might be a bug or something. Is there a chance to make sure that this doesn’t happen this year, it really complicated things. Or alternatively, can I not have an automatic email so that I send them myself, avoiding that risk?

    Thank you

    Hi Endrio,

We have come up with new WooCommerce based auction plugin for which I have not come across such issues. Probably you can give it a try.

DO-NOT-USE this free plug in. It costed me 5000+ $. I explain you how.

This is the second year I use this plugin for a charity auction I’m running. Until the payment everything works very well. When it’s time to send the automatic reply Email….
Last year it sent the same email to the winners between 50 and 96 times. I let u figure the chaos, nevermind the credibility we lose due to that.
    Now… this year….
People received the same email between 80 and 240 times. Saying that that’s ridicolous is an understatement. If it only would be that…

I have set wire transfer as form of payment. OUT IF ITS OWN WILL the program sent emails to the winners with a self generated PAYPAL link telling them to pay there.
It resulted in my own PAYPAL been frozen, issues with the authorities suddenly have to explain these payments that shouldn’t have been there in first place AND me spending 30+ EXTRA HOURS emailing all these parties involved. Luckily in those moments I didn’t have the programmers at hand..
Now, because of this, donors retired from the auction, costing our Kid’s charity fundraising 5000+ $…..
    the answer to that?
“If u get the paid version it wouldn’t have happened.
As I said, thanx God I don’t have the programmers at hand…

I am trying to have a group of items end together say 100 auction lots end at 7pm Sunday and each item is on one page as one auction and items are staggered say a minute apart or something like that

Some software calls it event auction. Im not sure if that could be considered live auction or timed auction but it I dont want the Ebay style where every item is one auction

looking for separate grouped auctions for each vendor
I have Vendor and pro version
