Ultimate faq not working

    Hello,
    I copied and pasted the shortcode [ultimate-faqs] on one of my page with the url, https://mysite.com/faqs

    Now when i publish new faqs, it doesn’t show up on that particular page and even that page opens with no content on it.

    Kindly help
