    Hi Onbross,

Do you have a link to your site by any chance?

There shouldn’t be any background color added, but it could be that the structure of the HTML was changed and now the plugin is being affected by your theme file. If you try downgrading to the version you were previously using, does that fix the issue? All of the previous versions are available at:

    Dear Rustaurius

Thank you for your reply. I have tried downgrading to the previous version but it still displayed the FAQs’ page with a dark grey background. I have just changed the font colour in the FAQ answers to black to make them legible.

The URL to my website is: https://thriftytrademarks.co.uk/faqs-2/.

Thank you for looking into this. Greatly appreciated!!

    Hi Onbross,

It seems that the footer is wrapping around the container.

Was there an update to the theme of your website? If so, the issue might be stemming from their side. On the other hand, if not, we would like to recreate the error and see which feature might be conflicting. What options do you have set up in your plugin? If you could link us to a screenshot of your options, it would be fantastic!

Additionally, did you downgrade to the version you were using before or simply downgraded to the version prior to the latest update? It would be important for you to downgrade back to the version you had before if you know specifically which one it was.

    Best regards,

    Etoile Web Design
