Ultimate member 2.2.3 causes my website not to load

Hello expert,
I just updated to Ultimate member 2.2.3 and once updated, the home page of my site stopped loading . i have to deactivate the ultimate member to make it work again. when I check the logs, I see the errors below:
can you please help how to fix this issue? to be able to enable Ultimate member plugin again?
