Ultimate Member Auto-Email Prompt

While using Ultimate Member, we used to have the option to add a new user, type in the password twice for confirmation, and they were good.

Now, when adding a new user, it wants to send an automatic email to the user asking them to reset their password.

I want to be able to add a new user WITHOUT emailing them ANYTHING. Is there a setting or something I accidentally changed?

Please help!
