Ultimate Member – Cannot View Chat

  • Hi I am currently testing this plugin for a corporate website

    When logged in with my admin account, I see the chat room fine; however, users registered via the ultimate member plugin cannot view the chat, instead they receive the ‘This chat-room is for private users only’ message.

    I have ‘Members’ selected in the plugin settings, ‘guests’ selected within the Social Login Option and ‘User authentication required’ checked.
