Ultimate Member Complete Meltdown

First off, let me say that it could be me. I looked into tutorials, but something happened where it actually is crashing the site, I’m not sure if it’s something I did or if there’s something wrong. So please bear with me.

I like that the plugin works with the Sidebar Meta for Login/Logout/Registration/Site Admin, I haven’t found another that does automatically. Initially, the “my account” page wasn’t functional at all, it would only display the giant profile picture and ‘about me.’ And the login/log out never function.

Now, since I was able to get the registration page to work and the my account page to remain the standard functional woocommerce auction page, I tried to move the login page and customers cannot login, it crashes the site. I cannot have ultimate member plugin activated, at all.

The other strange thing that happened is even after deleting Ultimate Member, the Woocommerce My Account page has to have the Ultimate Member plugin My Account page as a parent or it will NOT function at all. So my breadcrumbs read Home>My Account>My Account.

I’m not sure what happened, but I would love to redownload this plugin and get it set up properly so it works. All I want is the registration page, login/out, & forgot password to function. The standard WordPress is just very unprofessional looking. If it can’t happen, then at least I need to get rid of the My Account snafu and still have a functional profile page for my customers.

If anyone can direct me to a tutorial that is A-Z, including where to put the shortcodes, not just where to find them, etc. I would be grateful! Direct help would be better. We’re a new nonprofit and the support gets expensive fast.
