Ultimate Member Customizations

Has anyone found someone who can customize Ultimate Member? I’m not a coder and all of my support requests come back with “that will require customization” in cases where it seems like something it should just be able to do.

Any suggestions for someone reasonably priced to do customizations?
1. Be able to show a particular profile on a page via shortcode, ie.
[ultimatemember form_id=”1036″ user_id=”13″]
2. I want to offer the ability via WooCommerce for companies to pay for an expanded profile, and only show their additional custom fields if the company has paid for it. It doesn’t work (I don’t think) for the company’s role to change because I want it to be visible to everyone IF they have paid.

It seems like these two things would be baked in. Any suggestions for a developer to do it or code I can add to snippets would be much appreciated.
