“Ultimate member” email no longer sent

  • Hi,
    I use “Ultimate Member” alongside with “Import users from CSV with meta”, and until the big update of Ultimate Member (2.0 I think), when I created bunch of accounts, emails for account created were sent from “Ultimate Member”. But now it doesn’t anymore.

    All my plugins and WordPress are up to date.

    I use a third party smtp plugin and recovery password email are sent.

    But no longer are the ones when account are created by “Import users from CSV with meta”.

    Email is sent, when I create a new user from admin panel.

    I know it’s a third party plugin. I have to register custom meta for each user, and I have to create their account (nobody is able to register by itself on our website).

    Could you help me, or someone facing the same issue who managed to solve it ?

    PS : I opened the same ticket on “Ultimate Member” support forum page.

    @kuroku,

    This is really strange but yes, it seems to be a problem from the other plugin and not from this one.

    If they give yours some instructions, tell me and we can include it into the plugin to avoid incompatibilities.
