Ultimate Member encoding charset problem

    Hi
    i have problem in Persian language UTF8
    members information and data like name, address and… display as question mark like:
    ????? ?????? ?????????????
    in wordpress admin panel and other plugins i have theme in right way.
    i see https://ultimatemember.com/roadmap/ and there it is said that the problem solved in previous versions.
    my WP version is 4.9.8
    and plugin version is 2.0.25
    how do i fix this?

    Hi @bahramelf,

    What theme do you use?
    Please attach screenshots of this issue so we can better understand it.
    Can you please try switching to the default WordPress theme and see if it solves your issue.
