Ultimate Member – Erros

I installed the Ultimate Member plugin that in its free version perfectly suited my needs, however I need to correct two errors.

Members can not send image using the plugin user profile because it gives the following error: “A theme or plugin compatibility issue”

Following instructions from the plugin page I:
I gave full permission to the plugin folder
I configured the file upload maximum size

Remembering that I’m not having trouble uploading files anywhere on the site.

The other error is that the registered users are configured as authors but can not access the link: https://mysite.com/wp-admin/post-new.php

that is, they can not publish anything on the site, even if the plugin itself has the option to show the user’s publications !!!
