Ultimate member integration

    Hi!

    I made a recipe with Ultimate Member + Zapier. The information sent by Automator to Zapier arrives successfully, with the exception of multiple selection fields (select, checks and radios).

    In these fields only the name of the form appears. I’ ve also tried to create a recipe to send an email with WordPress and the problem is the same.

    Any thoughts?

  • Hi @alberto349, sorry about the delay, I hoped that we might be able to provide a more substantial update by now. We are still investigating how we might be able to support this, but right now we aren’t sure if we can add it to next week’s update. I am unfortunately going to have to leave this ticket open for now; we’ll provide an update once we’ve been able to investigate it more thoroughly. We can confirm though that passing values for those field types will not currently work as you want it to.

    We just released an updated version (you may not see it immediately, www.ads-software.com has had some issues today) that should correct this for you. When you have a chance, try the updated version and see if values now pass as expected.
