People using this IE version are getting a blank page, where as other browsers such as firefox & chrome work just fine.

Add this to your custom CSS and it should fix it:

.um {
opacity: 1 !important
}

This will effect how elements load on page (UM uses javascript to ensure mobile responsiveness)

I am having the same issue as stated above. My registration and login page does not show up in Internet explorer. I see where you said add this to your custom CSS. Where is that located???

Does your theme provide a custom CSS option? If not you can add it in style.css if using child theme. If not child theme then you can either install a custom CSS plugin or activate the custom CSS tab in UM settings from advanced tab.

Then just add:

.um {
opacity: 1 !important
}
