    I use the Ultimate Member plugin and “suddenly” the content of the pop up was empty for the public users. Only the register users can see the content of the pop up’s.

    I de-activate and re-activate the Ultimate Member plugin and all the visitors (public and registered) can see the same content of each pop up.

    Do you know why?

    Please note that upon checking the system info file, we noticed that you are using the latest versions of Ultimate Member and Popup Builder core/free plugins, which is good.
    Also, we noticed that you have multiple Video and HTML popups.
    May we know with which popup type (Video or HTML) is the issue?
