    Hi, Bonjour,
    Despite the correct addition of their new password, the button does not work. When they click on the “Change my password” button, nothing happens. The page simply reloads and displays the same page again (/ password-reset /? Act = reset_password).

    Version ultimate member: 2.3.0 Wp: 5.8.3

    Have you disabled the CDN caching of the “Password Reset” page?

    Don’t cache pages Login, Register, Password Reset.
    Don’t cache pages Account and User (a profile page).

    Hi,
    the situation improved after emptying the caches on the host side and Cloudflare. However, after having validated “new password”, I have the following information:
    Your password reset link does not appear to be valid. Please request a new link below.!!

    An idea maybe

    You must exclude all the UM pages from being cached by the CDN.

    Are you trying to Reset Password for another user when you are logged in?

    The Reset Password link can only be used if the browser is not logged in
    or logged in as the same user as set in the last URL parameter user_id=

    Finally, I installed the “Ultimate Member – reCAPTCHA” plugin and it works!!!! Everything is OK. Good week-end
