Could you please try unchecking “Enable custom table for usermeta.” in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Misc while all the roles selected in the Member Directory settings > User Roles to Display?

Yes I use Ultimate Member 2.2.5

I suggest that you create a fresh install of WordPress on the same server and then install Ultimate Member alone. Let’s see if this issue still occurs.

Also, could you please check if there’s any PHP error log created related to the Member Directory?

I found the error! I was installing, and something occurred to me. I had created the users via wordpress, and when I register them via the site, they do see the user list.

@champsupertramp Thank you, there is still 1 error. When you give a user a different role, they no longer have access to the member lists. This happens every time I want to give a registered person a different rank.

Could you please try clearing the User Cache after giving a person a different Rank?

You can clear the user cache in WP Admin > Ulimate Member > Dashboard > User Cache.
