Navigation menu is not as it should be and this has happened since updating Ultimate Member.
It should look like this with a dropdown menu that has login, password reset and logout as options where it says MEMBERS AREA:

However it currently looks like this and the login, password reset and logout are not working:

The site is using WP version 6.2 and using the theme called Scribble
Can anyone help me fix this?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @npdesign66

Login to the site as the site administrator and go to wp-admin > Appearance > Menus, then select a menu you need to fix. Verify menu items. Remove menu items that work wrong. Add and configure menu items you need. Click the “Save Menu” button to save changes.

There is critical JavaScript error on your site:
Uncaught TypeError: epGlobals.youtubeChannelGallery is not a function

    See image 1.

This JavaScript error may cause various issues and influence Ultimate Member forms. You have to fix this JavaScript error first.

It looks like this error is related to the siteground optimizer. This is a kind of caching tool. Please disable caching for pages Login, Register, Password Reset, Account, User. Follow instructions in this article to disable caching for pages: https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1595-caching-problems#pages

Thanks so much for your advice. I have tried what you recommended above with the menu and have disabled caching for pages?Login, Register, Password Reset, Account, User through Siteground Optimizer.
But am still having the same problem. Should I get rid of Siteground Optimizer plugin? Thanks

    Hello @npdesign66

I see that you didn’t change the menu. Are you having trouble editing the menu in wp-admin > Appearance > Menus?

I have just visited your site and looked at the Login and Password Reset pages. Forms on these pages are visible and work well. The JavaScript error does nor occur. Can I mark this thread Resolved?
