    Hi @tfigueroak8,

    Do you have “use Gravatars” enabled in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Users?
    Avatars can be added while logged in as an admin and using “login as this user” option on the user profile.

    Yes It is already enabled. But the image uploaded on ‘WP User Avatar’ is still not shown. Should I specifically install a different avatar plugin?
    Also, when I tried to upload profile image using the the ‘login as user’, buttons dont work and the modal box is very low (https://prnt.sc/k5p5ek)

    Hi @tfigueroak8,

    It looks like a conflict with your theme or another plugin e.g. custom page editor etc.
    Can you please clarify what do you mean “But the image uploaded on ‘WP User Avatar’ is still not shown.”?
    Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
