ultimate member prevents all activity. Posts, friending, following, etc.

  • Hi,
    I currently cannot, nor others, do anything with the application. Admin, vendors and members cannot posts on the wall, nor friending or following. Not so convenient when it is the basic utilisation of this plugin.
    Please help!

    Hi @jmamuse,

    It looks like a conflict with your theme or other plugins, please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
    Please also make sure that you have the latest 2.0.35 version of the plugin installed.

    thank you for your help. Greatly appreciated. I deactivated all plugins except -ultimate member- and -Ultimate Member – Social Activity-…
    Nothing has changed. Still cannot post at all.
    Please help.
