Ultimate Member: “Profile” page error 404

  • Hi,

    I have installed “Ultimate Member” plugin, however, the “Profile” page keeps showing me error 404.

    I tried deactivating all my other plugins one-by-one to see if the “Profile” page would work, and i found out that this plugin – “Fusion Core” (which is a required plugin provided by this theme i installed called “Avada”).

    Please help ASAP, what should i do???

    Hi @johnnee,

    What version of the Ultimate member plugin you have installed on your site?
    Can you please check that you have a profile form shortcode on your User page and this page is assigned and a User page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Setup.

    I have the same kind of problem. Ultimate Member works fine until I install “The Events Calendar” plugin. Then the User page (with the profile form) starts giving 404 errors. I’ve upgraded to UM 2.0.2 but that doesn’t solve the problem. I’ve verified the shortcode for the User page as suggested above, it is configured correctly.

    Hi UM Support,

    The version of the UM plugin i have installed is: v1.3.88

    As you suggested, i have done these but still not working:

    1. I went to “Ultimate Member > Settings > Setup”, and checked that the “User Page” setup is assigned to the “User” page.

    2. The default “profile form” shortcode, which looks like this [ultimatemember form_id=6], is placed within the “User” page.

    What should i do now?
