Ultimate Member Registration form hangs

When a new user fills out my registration form, and then clicks on “Enter Registration”, the pointer goes to a red circle with a line across it, the form does not “submit” and sits there forever.
I had read where https might be issue, i created backup site, no SSL same thing.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
