ultimate member traslation to hebrew

i did everything as instructed here https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/117-translation-and-localization-issues and translation sill doesnt work. i placed them in the right place. tried changing names to ultimatemember-he_IL.mo and ultimatemember-he_IL.po. still doesnt work. files are in /wp-content/languages/plugins/
help!! be willing to provide all login details to ftp and wordpress

i am not the author, but I was working on the same problem. so here my 20 cents:
my files worked as soon as I renamed them to ultimate-member.
i.e. my language file is called ultimate-member-de_DE.mo
place them in wp-content/languages/plugins and you should be fine.good luck ??
