Ultimate Member – User Account Profiles not displaying

     I am running a website for our small karate school. The site has been a side project for a few years. We use Ultimate Member to keep student profiles, show their personal data and grading history, upload grading assessment sheets, etc. Since December, some fields have been impossible to add data to. The form accepts and saves the data, but it is not saved on re-inspection. More recently, the “Account” page no longer shows any data. Just profile header information (Name, pic and sub-titles drawn from data). If I try to edit the ‘Account’, I can see that the data is there, but when I try to view it, I get the same result. Only Header info of the student.

    I have uninstalled and re-installed UM (I saved the data) and spent hours with permissions for the page and the individual data -fields in the form.

    I can’t pull anymore hair out, because there’s none left.?

    Any help will be valued….

    Try to use the UM Forms Builder and edit each field in order to get the fields saved again and the Form updated.
