Ultimate Member – User Dashboard

    Hello,

    When a user goes to their ultimate member account dashboard the profile widget is automatically showing the update profile, my account, log out and cancel buttons without clicking the gear icon. Any ideas on the setting that needs to be unchecked to only show options if profile gear icon is clicked?

    Hi @shicky66,

    Firstly, please make sure you have the latest 2.0.22 version of the plugin installed.
    Secondly, go to your User page and check that you have your profile form shortcode there e.g. [ultimatemember form_id=6] etc.
    Go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> General pages and check that you have your User page assigned as a plugin user page and Account page a plugin account page.

    Finally, do a quick conflict test by disabling all plugins except Ultimate member and switching to the default WordPress theme. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
