    Which version of Ultimate Member do you have installed?

    Hi @katebb1

    As the article mention issue has been fixed in Ultimate Member version: 2.1.12

    So if you are using a version below 2.1.12 then update to the patched version, 2.1.12.

    And if you are using version 2.1.12 or above then there is no need to worry.
